World Cup Qualifying Results, No United States in Russia 2018

United States national team certainly failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup held in Russia

Surprisingly, the US team lost to the team caretaker, Trinidad-Tobago with a score of 1-2, Tuesday night or Wednesday (11/10/2017) morning local time.

This defeat puts the United States in fifth position from six teams of 2018 World Cup Qualifying 2014 North and Central America (CONCACAF).

The failure of the US national team to escape from the victory of Honduras and Panama for two teams who have confirmed themselves qualify for Russia 2018.

Honduras won 3-2 over Mexico, while Panama at the same time won over Costa Rica.

Mexico topped the standings with a collection of 21 points from 10 matches, followed by Costa Rica (16 points).

Equally collecting 13 points, Panama is in third and superior goal difference over Honduras are also entitled to qualify directly to the 2018 World Cup.

Meanwhile, Honduras must play a play-off against representatives of Asia, Australia.

The United States finished fifth with 12 points, six ahead of Trinidad-Tobago.

For the United States, this failure to stop the trend continues to advance to the World Cup finals that began in 1990.
